REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Froppy Unicorn Inc guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from www.froppyt.com.
To return an item, the customer is responsible for returning the shipment to us.
If you have received your defective or incorrect item(s):
-Take a picture of the defective / incorrect item(s) showing the problem.
-Email us at soporte@froppyt.com.

If you have received your item and would like a refund or exchange:

* Further instructions will be provided via email.
Note: We do not refund the cost of shipping and we also do not cover the cost of return shipping.
HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
-You will be refunded the total merchandise plus applicable sales tax paid, less shipping and restocking fee.
-Please note that the product must come in its original packaging and must be returned in the original, unused condition in which it was received. We reserve the right to refuse any item returned to us used.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
-If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
-If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@froppyt.com.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are issued (if applicable).
-Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
-Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale / promotional items cannot be refunded.
Coupon Codes
-Discount codes must be applied at checkout. - You must press "Apply" to see the total order update.
-We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been shipped.
-Only one code can be used on a purchase.
-Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the time of purchase. If it is more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled at that time.
